Zola falls from the rigging of the Feral Free, but plays it off SUPER well actually. (Not.) After resting up, it’s time for supper. There, she and Scram meet the cook, Flambae, a mysterious tiger tabaxi woman, and Scram takes a moment to apologize to Mr. McGreeby for the comments he had made about his prosthetic limbs.

The two reconcile, with the wise sailor telling Scram that he understands how fear and anxiety can manifest as unkindness. Scram promises to make a stronger effort to get the crew’s names correct (as he has been mixing all of them up), then the two head to bed for a well-earned rest.

Unfortunately, the rest is cut short by Mr. McGreeby kicking in their cabin door and shouting:

HARPIES!
